Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Customers from outside the United Kingdom should contact us before placing an order so we can confirm product suitability and any additional carriage costs.
We accept most major credit & debit cards, a full list can be found on our Checkout Page.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. |
Shipping And Handling Orders are despatched by Carrier or Post, as suitable, and will normally despatched within 1-3 days of receipt of your order. Some products, however, may take longer so please allow up to 14 days to receive your order. If you would like a delivery estimate prior to ordering, please contact us and we will be advise you. We charge £4.99 per order for standard carriage to customers in the UK on orders up to £50. A signature on delivery will be required.
If you are in a hurry, upgrade your delivery to receive your order via a Next Day Service (Monday to Friday only), subject to stock availability.
Please note that orders must be received by 11.00a.m. to be despatched that day and we recommend that you also send us an email before placing the order so that we can confirm availability and so we can be sure to expedite your order once received. Price: £14.99. |
